ABOUT THE JOB

Inspect, control and evaluate the quality of the products in process by the requirement of company, ensure the products in accord with nation and company quality standard.
按公司规定程序和要求，检验、控制、评估整个生产过程的产品质量，确保产品符合国家和公司质量标准。

1. Responsible for inspection and control in process production.负责班次过程产品质量检验与控制。
2. Take immediately/appropriate action with relevant personnel of M&E Dept and make the written record or report accordingly when non-conforming product or potential risk is detected 一旦发现不合格产品或隐患，和制造工程部相关人员一起及时采取适当的措施，并做好书面的记录或报告。
3. Responsible for quality statistics by advanced statistics tools. To give direction and suggestion according to the data to improve the quality.负责采用先进的管理方法统计产品质量情况。并以建设性的方式指导、帮助提高产品的质量。
4. Responsible for controlling and verifying the action on food safety and hygiene (including workshop hygiene, personnel hygiene, impurity contamination and possible hidden trouble).负责监控和验证食品安全和卫生方面的各项措施（包括车间卫生、个人卫生、异物控制及可能的隐患）。
5. To direct and help the work of line inspector.指导并帮助当班质检员的工作。
6. Responsible for the quality verifying of the new trial (new product and new equipment) and give the technique support by the data statistics.负责车间内各项试验（新产品、新设备）在质量上的结果验证，并通过数据统计方式给相关各方以技术支持。
7. To assist supervisor to make the continuous quality improvement.协助主管进行持续的质量改进。
8. To assist supervisor to establish and consummate AQL and working procedure inspection document.协助主管制定和完善AQL及工序检验规程。
9. To make quality related training for the inspector and other person from Manufacturing.对在线质检和生产人员进行质量相关的培训。
10. To collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel in a constructive way and active attitude.以富有建设性的积极的态度与公司其他职能部门合作。
