Position: Quality Engineer (Plastic Injection Molding) Location: Hudson, MA (on-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday (based on business needs) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Position Summary: This crucial role will be responsible for leading the quality team while ensuring the production of high-quality parts and components through proper measurement and testing practices. Requirements Essential Functions: Formatting quality plans, contract reviews, and launching new products to the floor Providing timely communication and delivery of test reports to customers Investigating and resolving quality issues by implementing corrective actions Developing and controlling inspection plans for molding and secondary operations Supporting and enforcing the ISO 9001:2015 management system Utilizing and programming the CMM, Micro-Vu, optical comparators, and hand-held measuring equipment Assisting team with all quality tests Train, manage, and effectively lead team of quality personnel Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven experience in testing plastics injection molding products Bachelor’s degree or higher Previous blueprint experience and GD&T knowledge FAI (First Article Inspection) & PPAP understandin Prior programming and use of PC-DMIS for CMM Be a team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability read, write, and communicate in English Physical Demands of position: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, or maneuvering Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment Company Benefits: Paid Time Off including holidays and vacation Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 2 Health Plan Options – One with fully reimbursed deductible!
