What We Are Looking For Some of the Key Accountabilities: • Review customer specifications, drawings, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics and BOMs. • Prepare/review ITPs, Quality Plans, FAT, pressure test and flushing procedures. • Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections. • Verify MTCs, CoCs, NACE certificates, calibration certificates and material traceability. • Inspect fabrication, welding, tubing, wiring, instrumentation and assembly. • Witness pressure testing, hydraulic flushing and FAT. • Verify NAS 1638 / ISO 4406 cleanliness, particle count reports and Reynolds calculations. • Coordinate client and third-party inspections. • Prepare IRNs, NCRs, CAPA, FAT reports, pressure test reports, flushing reports and final documentation dossiers. • Support ISO 9001 audits and continual improvement. Education/Skills • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Technical Knowledge • Hydraulic systems, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, engineering drawings. • Pressure testing, hydraulic flushing, NAS 1638 and ISO 4406. • Calibration, material traceability, WPS/PQR/WPQ, NDT documentation. • API, ASME, IEC, ISO and NACE requirements.
