Company Description Job Description ARCHIRODON Group is constantly growing and are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Quality Engineer to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Corporate Quality team, who will be focusing on an Archirodon Group Engineering subsidiary (Archipetrol). In this role, as part of the ARCHIRODON Group Corporate Quality Team (QLT), you will act as the focal point for supporting Archipetrol Management System in a day to day basis, consist of indicative: Maintaining Archipetrol’s Management systems, coordinating Certification by a 3rd party, ensuring smooth integration with ARCHIRODON’s corporate framework, providing training and securing of the proper Management System implementation. What will you need to do: Actively participate as part of the ARCHIRODON Corporate Quality Team (QLT), under constant guidance, training and support by ARCHIRODON Corporate Quality Team Serve as focal point for Archipetrol’s Certifications, ensuring timely renewals, internal audits, and compliance Undertake the completion of Archipetrol’s Management System transition into the ARCIRODON IMS, ensuring full alignment with Archirodon’s Group Policies, Processes, and tools Propose and implement the integration of Archipetrol’s Engineering Procedures and Work Instructions into ARCIRODON’s corporate framework Maintain and update Archipetrol in Approved Vendor Listing (AVL) registrations. Support quality awareness and promote continuous improvement within Archipetrol (Key Lessons Learnt) What you will need to have: BSc degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or another STEM field 2–4 years of experience in a Quality Management function, ideally in Construction industry (i.e. EPC, Oil & Gas) Work experience with Quality Management Systems (i.e. setup, support, audit) of ISO 9001 or related International Standards Previous experience and interaction with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), if any, will be an asset Fluency in English & proficiency in MS Office Suite You are someone who: Is passionate about quality and committed to detail and accuracy Is confident in his/her abilities and likes to present new problem-solving ideas Thrives in cross-functional environments, engaging both subsidiary and corporate stakeholders Enjoys working in a multicultural, international environment Is open-minded and responsive to new systems and corporate processes What’s in it for you: Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams within an international leading EPC group that supports impactful for the local communities’ mega infrastructure development projects - literally around the globe - and encompasses a productive and human-centric culture caring for its people and their development!
