JOB DESCRIPTION: Improving production processes within the framework of internal and external quality Direct responsibility for customer and supplier complaints and their resolution Cooperation in the preparation of 8D reports and direct communication with customers Responsibility for internal quality audits of process, product and supplier audits Co-responsibility for maintaining the ISO 9001 and 14001 system Co-responsibility for performing internal system audits Co-responsibility for implementing corrective measures resulting from audits, as well as internal and external complaints Close cooperation with quality technicians of incoming and ongoing control, measurement technicians, process technicians and process engineers Performs other tasks and performs other activities related to his job classification according to the instructions of the superior Salary starting from 1600 eur + variable part up to 30%.
