Description

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. Based at our headquarters on the Pensnett Trading Estate, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our tooling, injection mouldings, and CNC machined components.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in quality engineering or a related field, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Must be capable of operating and programming a CMM inspection machine.
  • Must be fully conversant with engineering drawings and designs
  • Ability to generate ISIR, FAIR, and PPAP reports and documents (i.e. Control Plans, IMDS, PSW Warrant, Capability Studies etc).
  • Fully conversant with 8D.
  • Able to generate Process and Operator instructions.
  • Jig and fixture R&R.
  • In process checks of injection moulded products.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
