OBJECTIVES:

1) Act as representative for Customer Complaints
2) Work closely with the project team to facilitate the successful launch of new projects
3) Lead the Training and Production Teams to develop process controls to ensure “Zero PPM” at the customer
4) Promote and implement continual improvement throughout the organization with the aim of maximizing profitability while maintaining zero defects

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

1) Extensive knowledge of Automotive core tools such as PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plans
2) Extensive knowledge of problem solving techniques
3) Knowledge of IMDS
4) Driving licence is essential
5) Computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of Rhombus and advantage
6) Willingness to undergo relevant training as and when required.
7) Experience using CMM (Polyworks) is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

To work closely with the Customers and our Internal Project Team to successfully launch new products into production with the aim of zero defects. Manage customer and supplier concerns and lead the implementation of robust countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence. Assist the Quality Manager in the day to day operation of the Quality Department.

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:

1) Maintain IMDS Submissions
2) Maintain Customer Portals
3) Assist in feasibility and past part problem reviews
4) Understand Customer Quality Requirements
5) Prepare documentation to support PPAP approval
6) Measure parts to support the above
