We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Engineer (QE) to join our team. The QE serves as a technical leader, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Supplier teams to ensure the organization achieves its quality and delivery objectives. In this role, you will leverage strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. You will identify process gaps, mitigate risks, and implement improvements that enhance product reliability, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Job Description Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, implemented, and fully met Lead and coordinate new product launch and engineering design changes as assigned Supervise daily activities of quality inspectors and auditors, enhancing quality control processes to maintain high product standards Investigate customer complaints and product returns while supporting effective customer communication Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies Support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations Contribute to the definition and implementation of product quality and reliability standards Support supplier quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to product performance and reliability Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, and risk-based quality tools Perform configuration audits, process capability analyses, and trend/risk assessments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or Engineering Project Management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and inspection processes (ISO/AS standards preferred) Experience with root cause analysis and supporting corrective and preventive actions Familiarity with PFMEAs, Control Plans, GD&T, and CMM programming preferred Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and imaging systems Experience with MS Office, Oracle, Minitab, and SQL Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification preferred Willingness to travel to address customer and/or supplier-related issues Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Additional Information To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company; To have a competitive salary and a great benefits package To access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices; To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals; To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence; To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued To be part of a team where having fun is essential Contract type: Full-time W2
