Improve satisfaction by ensuring customer issues of UPS and network products are well managed and ultimately prevented Ensure the execution of temporary and permanent corrective actions to solve customer complaints fast and effectively Escalate customer issues to the right organization Drive the issue resolution with keeping PDCA in order to contain, analyze, correct, and prevent the defect affecting the customers in time Report to the customers about root cause analysis and solution of the issues Ensure the incoming inspection in Japan is correct and efficient Support the other departments to accomplish the business project Location: Tokyo & Funabshi Strong accountability mindset: The fast and effective resolution of customer complaints Responsibility to drive the resolution of the issue for customers Determination of recurrent and severe customer issues, their containment, root cause analysis, correction, and prevention Schneider’s 5 core value Requirement: Bachelor degree of electric and electronics technology Age under 35 At least 4 years experience of quality control/quality assurance, service or manufacturing for electric products . Three phases or single phase UPS is the most preferred. Inverter is preferred. Strong skill of problem statement and root cause analysis reporting. Be good at QC tools. Customer facing experience with handling quality issues Influence skill and ability to work in multicultural environment Strong Communication skill, fluent in Japanese and English, Italian or Chinese will be plus Knowledge of VRLA and/or Lithium ion battery, network and software is preferred. Experience of production or design engineering for UPS and inverter is preferred. Experience of network and software engineers is also preferred.
