We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join our Nuclear & Infrastructure division, to work on the Hinkley Point C project.
Our Nuclear & Infrastructure division has extensive experience in the specialist, highly regulated nuclear, transport (road and rail), process industries and power and energy sectors. Providing award winning design teams, utilising state-of-the-art design software and Tekla detailing facilities to offer customers value engineering. This gives a mix of proven success along with modern, innovative design and fabrication ideas to be able to provide a quality, specialised service to a growing market. They continue to set the bar high in their highly regulated market!
Vacancy Details
In the Quality Engineer position you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project inspections and technical requirements have been met, and ensuring compliance to any Quality Standards set by the business.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing internal & external audits
  • Maintaining the Quality Assurance systems
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Maintaining external qualifications
  • Be a key point of contact for external stakeholders, and training of colleagues on Quality requirements

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will need to have a LEAD auditor qualification, with internal and external auditing experience, within a manufacturing environment. ISO 9001 experience is also required.
