QUALITY ENGINEER | BRIGHTON, MI | DIRECT HIRE

Our partner, a world-class manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, continuous improvement, and compliance with industry standards.
Compensation: Up to $110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite

• Lead daily operations of the Quality Department and drive quality initiatives.
• Manage APQP for new part development and prepare PPAP documentation.
• Conduct internal quality audits and maintain controlled documents/work instructions.
• Participate in 8D teams to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality issues and provide hands-on support.
