Key Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and quality reporting across assigned initiatives.

• Coordinate onshore and offshore test resources, ensuring clear ownership, communication, handoffs, and delivery alignment.

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and traceability for functional and non-functional requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Playwright.

• Promote reusable automation frameworks, reliable test-data practices, and maintainable test coverage.

• Partner with product owners, developers, architects, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to identify quality risks and testing needs.

• Monitor test progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and defects; communicate status and recommendations.

• Support CI/CD practices by integrating automated tests into appropriate pipelines.

• Evaluate and apply AI capabilities to improve test planning, test design, automation, defect analysis, test-data generation, and quality insights.

• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and best practices to testers and delivery teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, tools, and metrics.

• AI capabilities are applied pragmatically to improve testing efficiency, coverage, analysis, or decision-making.

• Testing practices, documentation, automation assets, and team collaboration improve over time


Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
