Oversee daily lab testing and analyzing data using SPC control charts. Maintain and submit control plans, PFMEA, MSA studies. Control and maintain customer automotive and/or material specifications for outside lab. IATF 16949 Ability to navigate customer portals. Microsoft Office proficient. Responsible for submission of IMDS. Ability to review and interpret customer drawings and specifications. Maintain layered process audits processes. Develop and maintain work instructions, SOT’s. Maintain and schedule calibration records. Develop and submit Kaizens. Oversee plant document control.     JOB REQUIREMENTS:    Education:   College diploma in the technical fields of science or engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.   Experience:  5 to 8 years of quality related experience and/or training, in progressively more responsible positions, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment 2 to 3 years supervisory/managerial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Background in automotive quality systems and TS16949 preferred Explore your future.
