The company has manufactured all product in Southern China since it was founded in 2004. With engineering, quality, accounting, warehouse and logistics headquartered in Sterling Heights we have now expanded our manufacturing operation to Holly Michigan.
We are looking to continue building our team in Grand Blanc!
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through continuous improvement and defect prevention.

  1. Quality Planning
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEAs, and process flow diagrams.
  • Establish inspection criteria and sampling plans based on risk and specs.
  1. Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
  • Lead 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and other root cause/corrective action (RCCA) activities.
  • Support production teams in resolving quality issues quickly and permanently.
  1. Supplier & Customer Interface
  • Manage quality concerns with suppliers and customers.
  • Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions.
  • Conduct incoming inspection planning and supplier audits (if applicable).
  1. Process Validation & Capability
  • Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis), Gage R&R, and capability studies (Cp, Cpk).
  • Validate new tooling, machines, or production lines.
  1. Compliance & Systems
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards.
  • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  1. Data Analysis
  • Monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control) data.
  • Identify trends, reduce variation, and improve overall product quality.
