BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of technical experience designing and deploying secure, scalable cloud solutions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client. Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work. Nothing in applicants’ history should prevent them from obtaining a public trust security clearance.

TECHNICAL AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of Coding with Impact: Architect and manage robust solutions on AWS and Azure, with specialized expertise in Government Cloud environments. Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, and Ansible for seamless deployments.
  • Automation Testing Tools: Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Sonarqube, Cucumber, Jasmine, Selenium, Cypress, or similar, for ensuring code quality and security. Ability to develop, execute, and optimize automated test scripts.
  • CI/CD Proficiency: Strong understanding of automating CI/CD pipelines, with a specific focus on embedding security and quality using tools such as OWASP, Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Programming and Scripting Skills: Strong programming and scripting skills, particularly in Java, Ruby, Python, Java Script, HTML, XML and scripting languages, aimed at automating tasks and boosting operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise: In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Artillery.io or LoadRunner and chaos engineering. Skilled in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive criteria.
  • Data & Infrastructure Proficiency: Design and manage scalable data storage solutions. Utilize analytical skills to assess quality data, identify improvements, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment challenges.
  • Innovative Problem Solving & Collaboration: Tackle complex issues with creative solutions and proactive improvements. Excel in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with stakeholders through strong communication and teamwork.
