QUALITY ENGINEER LOCATION: COLUMBUS, TX, 78935 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality control procedures, and develop and maintain quality metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products and services meet established standards * Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues * Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development process * Provide training and support to production team members on quality control procedures and best practices * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering * Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices * Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
