  • What you will do:

As a Quality Engineer, your role is pivotal in ensuring that all facets of aircraft production adhere to the stringent standards set forth by regulatory bodies. You will lead quality assurance initiatives, drive compliance efforts, and ensure that every aircraft manufactured meets the highest benchmarks of safety, reliability, and regulatory adherence.

  • Quality Control Processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Testing and Inspection
  • Design and implement testing protocols for raw materials, inprocess components, and finished products.
  • Conduct inspections to verify product specifications and identify defects.
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and nonconformities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control activities.
  • Prepare quality reports, including statistical data, for management review.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
  • Supplier Quality Management
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
  • Prepare engineering reports and certification documentation for regulatory agencies and clients.
  • Training
  • Provide training to production and quality control teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of quality requirements throughout the organization.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and communicate necessary adjustments to the team.
  • Customer Feedback
  • Monitor and address customer feedback related to product quality.
  • Work with customer support teams to investigate and resolve qualityrelated issues.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to integrate quality considerations into all stages of product development.
  • Additional Duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or as necessary to meet the organization’s needs.
  • What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, aviation regulation, or a related role.
  • Extensive background in aircraft manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the aerospace sector, coupled with specialized qualifications in DMIR or DAR requirements.
  • Profound familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing aircraft manufacturing, including FAA regulations and DMIR or DAR criteria.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and tools.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
