Job Description Monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure failure costs (IDC, non-IDC, wastage) meet targets监控并推动持续改进,确保失效成本(IDC、non-IDC、wastage)达成既定目标 Conduct quality control activities in mass production (daily meeting, 14Q, LPC, QAM) to ensure proper execution of quality standards在量产阶段开展质量管控活动(每日会议、14Q、LPC、QAM),确保质量标准的有效执行 Drive and lead quality issue analysis and problem solving主导并推动质量问题分析与系统性问题解决 Perform risk management in ECR and 4M1E change management在ECR及4M1E变更管理过程中开展风险识别与管控 Ensure timely closure of defined corrective actions from customer complaints or internal detections across the entire value stream确保客户投诉或内部发现问题的纠正措施在整个价值链中按期关闭 Plan, manage, and ensure safe launch of new products, processes, and MAE负责新产品、新工艺及MAE的安全投产策划与管理 Lead quality improvement projects牵头并推进质量改进项目 Ensure 14Q basics are properly conducted throughout the value stream确保14Q基础要求在整个价值流中得到有效执行 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors 1. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process quality management 2. Hands-on experience in process quality control in mass production 1. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process quality control methods 2. Basic understanding of product and process characteristics 3. Familiar with quality tools (e.g. PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 14Q) 4. Basic knowledge of equipment and automation Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (China) Co., Ltd.
