We’re looking for a Quality Engineering Analyst to join our ever evolving Technology team and help shape the future of global commerce. About the role As a Quality Engineering Analyst , you will support Sentral—a leading cloud-based platform used by over 3,000 schools across Australia to manage student data, administration, and parent engagement. By streamlining processes, Sentral enables educators and administrators to focus on improving student outcomes. You will also contribute to StudentPayPlus, Sentral’s cashless payments solution launched in 2023. The platform supports online school stores, uniform purchases, and canteen ordering, delivering a seamless experience for parents, schools, and volunteers. Working as part of a global team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Australia, the USA, and Canada. Salary The salary range for this position is AUD 115,000 to 130,000 per annum + superannuation. What you’ll own Design, create, and execute comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, test cases, and scripts (both manual and automated) to validate new features and ensure complete regression coverage. Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium to continuously improve testing efficiency and reliability. Manage, document, and track software defects throughout their lifecycle while collaborating closely with the development team to troubleshoot, verify fixes, and resolve issues. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers in an Agile environment to establish clear, testable acceptance criteria and integrate robust QA practices into the CI/CD pipeline. Conduct technical API and database testing to guarantee seamless end-to-end functionality and data integrity across complex systems, including MSSQL and Cosmos databases. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, tooling, and best practices to consistently elevate overall product quality. What you’ll bring 3+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within fast-paced Agile environments Proven experience supporting continuous delivery and collaborating within cross-functional teams Technical proficiency with technologies such as .Net, Java, React, MSSQL Databases and Cosmos databases. Hands-on expertise in automated testing using tools such as Selenium, along with CI tooling Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex systems and environments Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and quickly learn new concepts About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
