Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices. Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues. Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design, develop, and sustain processes, procedures, tooling and equipment for first in class medical devices Assure in the development and execution of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues. Collaborate and gain experience from a diverse cross-functional team Gain better understanding by applying academic knowledge to a real-world problem set Improve patient lives around the world every day Use design for manufacturing principles to develop tooling and equipment for manufacturing lines for new products Create inspections or inspection systems to ensure products meet critical requirements Must graduate between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th - August 7th OR May 26th - August 14th Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization Knowledge of analytical techniques and statistical analysis Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Clear written and verbal communication of complex data and processes Ability to work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams Self-starter with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions.
