Description
The objective of this program is to develop your technical skills in engineering through a practical experience and assist in your personal development of leadership competencies through training, networking, and coaching. During the time you will provide engineering services to support the operations of our dynamic and exciting Aerospace business. Quality Engineering In this assignment, you will be responsible in this assignment, you will be responsible for our Quality Assurance processes and activities including internal audit scheduling, completing customer desk audits, process updates, data analytics, and corrective action/preventative action activities. You will collect and analyze quality data and update reports for quality engineering, implement process updates, and coordinate with the Corrective Action Board to schedule Corrective Action meetings. Actively enrolled in or received a bachelor's degree program in engineering at an accredited institution. Must have a combined GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round). Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship on a continual permanent basis. Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Grand Rapids, MI.
