YOUR ROLE

In the role of Quality Engineering Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks for web, mobile, and/or console platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, edge cases, and user behavior in the entertainment domain.
• Conduct performance, functional, UI/UX, and regression testing across multiple platforms and devices.
• Analyze test results and work closely with engineering teams to identify and fix defects.
• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, reliability, and execution speed.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to evolving QA best practices.
• Work on integration testing with backend systems such as video streaming platforms, content management systems (CMS), or game engines.
• Contribute to release planning and risk analysis activities.
