Position Overview Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $130,000 - $170,000 per year The Quality Engineering Manager (QEM) leads teams of quality engineers to define, implement, and monitor the processes for designing, producing and testing of hoist and winch products. The QEM provides technical and project leadership to assure continual improvement of these processes as evidenced by reduced failures, reduced costs and increased customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Hire, train, and mentor quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and policies for product and process quality. Advocate for and drive the integration of assembly and test automation, enhancing efficiency and increasing coverage. Partner with development, product management, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality goals align with business requirements. Implement best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards) to ensure compliance and improve quality systems. Define and track KPIs, and analyzing data to make decisions, identify root causes, and drive improvements. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. 3+ to 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a management or leadership role. Knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools, and in some cases, specific industry standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100). Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
