As the Quality Engineering Manager for Performance Testing, you’ll lead a team of specialists who are passionate about uncovering insights, solving complex performance challenges, and building modern engineering capability across the bank. You’ll define and drive performance test strategies, uplift standards, and bring fresh thinking as we modernise how we engineer for speed, stability, and customer impact. You’ll also partner closely with architects, engineers, operations and senior leaders to embed performance engineering early in the delivery lifecycle. This is a permanent, full time, hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with three days in the office each week. What do I need?  • Strong hands on expertise in performance testing tools, engineering practices and interpreting system behaviour • Experience guiding and coaching teams to confidently deliver high quality performance outcomes • Ability to build strategies, frameworks and standards that uplift capability and consistency across programs • Skill in partnering with technical and business stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful actions • Comfort leading vendor teams, managing delivery expectations and ensuring quality outcomes Why join us?
