1. QUALITY SYSTEM LEADERSHIP & COMPLIANCE

• Ensure compliance with internal quality and manufacturing process requirements, as well as all building code listing requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to maintain certification and compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
• Reduce non-conformance incidents by at least 20% through proactive process monitoring and corrective actions.
• Implement advanced statistical analysis (SPC, DOE, 6 Sigma tools) to identify and resolve manufacturing inefficiencies.
• Integrate quality data into company digitization efforts (currently in a stand-alone database.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Required).
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering management in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred) or Green Belt certification.
• Expertise in ISO, Six Sigma, TQM, Continuous Improvement (CI), PDSA, and 5S methodologies.
• Proficiency in Minitab, Power BI, MS Office, and ERP systems for quality data analysis.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
