An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Enhanced Learning Coach to join our team reporting to the Quality & Enhanced Learning Leader. Join our dynamic Quality team as a Quality & Enhanced Learning Coach and help ensure the highest standards across our diverse education and training programs, from further education and apprenticeships to HE and adult courses. Reporting directly to the Quality and Enhanced Learning Leader you’ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous enhancements, maintaining rigorous quality assurance, creating a culture of excellence, and delivering CPD across the group. As a Quality & Enhanced Learning Coach with The Education Training Collective, you will play a key role in raising the standards of teaching, learning, and assessment through strategic coaching and high-impact CPD delivery. You’ll support with the development and implementation of quality frameworks across our group, ensuring alignment with Ofsted’s Inspection Framework and working in partnership with Quality & Enhanced Learning Leader to embed effective verification processes. Supporting the EQA process, you will support with visits, track reports, and use data insightfully to celebrate strengths and drive continuous improvement. You’ll support staff through tailored coaching, mentoring, and the design and delivery of professional development programmes that inspire innovation and reflective practice. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic team, you’ll bring skills in the groups operating systems, writing teaching and learning visits, and coaching.
