Purpose: Lead and implement new initiatives in continuous improvement program. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and participate in improvement initiatives. Key Area of Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Built-in Quality, Lean Six Sigma, bottom-up initiatives and others across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Support in various departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in Quality Management in the manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing improvement projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and RBA VAP audit is an added advantage.
