JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and DHA-compliant Quality Executive to join our Home Healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. This role ensures adherence to patient safety protocols, documentation accuracy, infection control, incident reporting, and supports continuous quality improvement across all home healthcare services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • DHA license or eligibility is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 01 years of experience in quality assurance within the home healthcare or clinical healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in audits, incident analysis, and corrective actions management.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Quality Management, Patient Safety, or Risk Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor quality standards and procedures in compliance with DHA regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to patient safety protocols, incident reporting systems, and infection control practices.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation and promote data integrity across all healthcare services.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits, incidents, or non-compliance.
  • Provide ongoing training and education to clinical and non-clinical staff on quality-related policies and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and legal requirements related to home healthcare operations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
