Description
Maintain strong collaboration with external manufacturers, including audits, onboarding, and setting up quality agreements. Lead resolution of quality issues, ensuring food safety and product quality through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Drive and implement quality improvements across external manufacturers and internal processes, especially during new product or line introductions. Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements, including HALAL, Kosher, and change management processes. Manage customer complaints with external manufacturers, conduct risk assessments, and prevent recurrence through integrated QA processes. Oversee product release, performance reviews, and return goods processes, while actively participating in relevant projects. Collaborative mindset, can do and open approach to act on different stakeholder levels 5 years of work experience within the food industry with Quality management systems. Working in cross - functional teams is highly preferred. Proactive and a team player, can also work autonomously Fluent English, good Chinese needed; other language is a plus Able to travel, and flexible in case of urgent matters
