Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes for early years and youth programs
  • Collaborate with Elders and knowledge keepers to integrate Squamish cultural standards
  • Develop and implement staff training, orientation programs, and policy improvements
  • Analyze service delivery against regulations and best practices (MCFD, Childcare Licensing)
  • Create systems for tracking quality metrics and program effectiveness
  • Facilitate communication between programs, leadership, and community stakeholders
  • Ensure quality standards align with Squamish Nation’s Strategic and Generational Plans
  • Manage related budgets, reporting, and administrative requirements
