Quality Improvement Coordinator RN Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work hours: Full-Time (40 hours) Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM What You’ll Need Associate's Degree, ADN graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor’s Degree, BSN in Nursing is highly preferred. In addition to the ADN or BSN, a Master’s Degree in health-related field preferred. Three (3) years RN experience in an acute care setting is required. One to two (1 to 2) year(s) experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement highly preferred. RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire. Acute Heart Attack Ready Certification (AHAR Joint Commission Program) experience is highly preferred upon hire. CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is preferred upon hire. Your skills for success: High level skill set with the following applications: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must have ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and professional manner with various audiences. Understands and appreciates the sensitive and confidential nature of quality, safety, and performance improvement activities. Working knowledge of regulatory standards, patient care standards and practices, performance improvement tools, and data collection and analysis. Ability to collect, interpret, analyze, and present information to help inform organizational operations and decision making.
