Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated to join our Support Services Team at Secureshield. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) is consistently maintained and continuously improved in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and customer-specific quality requirements, oversee audits and inspections, and support structured problem-solving initiatives to resolve quality issues. Your efforts will promote a culture of continual improvement and ensure the Company maintains high-quality standards and operational efficiency. This position plays a vital role in safeguarding our reputation for excellence and supporting Secureshield’s long-term success.

EXPERIENCE FOR THE JOB

  • Previous experience working in a Quality Assurance, Compliance or Business Support role.
  • An understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems required for daily tasks and project execution.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements – ensures compliance and operational excellence.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage, organise, and control your workload against competing deadlines within a demanding and ever-changing environment.
  • Flexible, Team player and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to engage positively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to simplify complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
  • Experience in CAD design/drawing desirable, however full training will be given
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to investigate and resolve issues systematically.
  • Be an ambassador for Secureshield at all times, displaying quality and excellence in all dealings with external and internal customers and suppliers

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Driving continuous improvement and risk management activities.
  • QMS - Ensure all procedures and documentation are controlled, current, and accessible.
  • Coordinate internal audits, providing robust evidence and ensuring systemic issues are resolved.
  • Support the completion of full project lifecycle including contract and specification reviews, acting as the quality interface for internal stakeholders.
  • Drive process standardisation across all departments, aligning with quality assurance and regulatory expectations.
  • Assist in the production of O&M manuals.
  • CAD duties – Post order design assistance.
  • Invoicing interim applications and forecasting. You will also be responsible for subcontractors’ orders and invoicing.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly management reports that measure compliance and business performance.
  • Track KPIs, analyse trends, and monitor effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
  • Participate in the annual performance review process and take ownership for your own development needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and field engineers.
  • Support on the delivery of any other reasonable project requests from the Support Services Director.
