Anko Sourcing operations span the largest sourcing markets across Asia, including China, Hong Kong, India, Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam.  Requirements: Quality Management & Risk Management Build and implement a factory production inline check to proactively detect and prevent quality defects. Identify potential risks during production and develop preventive solutions to ensure product consistency and reliability. Ensure minimum manufacture excellence are in place and aligned across all relative production lines. Participate in Pre-Production (PP) meetings and lead follow-up actions to ensure all critical checkpoints are clearly defined, aligned, and effectively implemented throughout the production process. Conduct production inline checks, inspections, and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, control plans, and inspection protocols. Make sure our quality management activities taken in Kmart approval factory/warehouse, any inconsistency, should report within 24 hours to line manager, and record through report/email Ad hoc by line manager if necessary Supplier Management and Risk Management Collaborate with Supplier and internal team to evaluate and onboard suppliers into Self-production inline inspection program based on quality and risk criteria. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to improve and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, to support strategic sourcing decisions with quality insights. Work closely with suppliers to implement corrective actions and improve quality performance. Code of conduct Strictly follow Kmart code of conduct to do inspection Financial Management Work within agreed budget and KAS policy.  Ensure any suspect solvency issues are reported promptly within 24 hours. Ensure any suspect unauthrorised subcontracting is reported promptly within 24 hours.   Safety Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements Reported and identified hazards are actioned Report on site incidents   Required experience and qualifications: At least 10 years of professional experience in the industry A college-level education (bachelor’s degree or higher) in a relevant discipline Strong background in factory quality operations is a significant advantage Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. DfX, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, SPC, APQP) Experience with product validation and verification processes Experience with Supplier Management in Quality and/or Development functions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow   A place you can belong We celebrate the rich diversity of the communities in which we operate.
