Bottlegreen is nestled in the tiny village of South Woodchester in the heart of the Cotswolds, where we use natural spring water blended with Elderflower to capture the essence of the countryside in our range of exquisitely flavoured adult soft drinks. We are a well-established company with a solid brand name and our loyal customers rank us the No.1 Cordial manufacturer in the UK.
PAY - £28-30K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
We can offer you a company pension scheme, enhanced sick pay and there’s a company bonus if targets are hit. There is both a site and a companywide reward scheme, with the candidates being nominated by the workforce not management. We shut down between Christmas and New Year, the bank holidays are yours and what’s more, you’ll have the chance to purchase extra.
And if that’s not enough, we’ll give you a Birthday Day off!
Groupwide, we can offer an enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, Life Assurance and career development if that’s your thing. For general wellbeing, we have a year-round calendar of health and wellbeing events, a 24/7 Employee assistance programme for all employees and a Perks Scheme with discounts and savings.
We also fund-raise for a charity nominated by the employees (burger days and cakes are always a winner!) and you’ll have the chance to volunteer for a day – paid of course!
