Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, nursing, healthcare management, business, quality improvement science or related fields.
• Must have at least three years of experience in project management developing and leading quality assessment and performance improvement programs in a healthcare system.
• Candidates must be facile with EPIC’s electronic medical record system and have experience in implementing Epic, Six Sigma, Lean or IHI model of Improvement.
• Knowledge of applicable acute care quality, state, federal, and Joint Commission standards/regulations.
• Preferred to have the candidate to currently have or will attain Certified Preferred Professional in Healthcare Risk Management certification.
• Expected to obtain Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) status within two years of employment.
  NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
