Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking motivated individuals passionate about improving healthcare quality and patient outcomes. Whether you are a recent graduate or have field experience in healthcare settings, this role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality improvement initiatives.
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will work with healthcare providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient practices, supporting operations, implement evidence-based strategies, and drive measurable improvements in care delivery for Medicare beneficiaries. You will receive training, mentorship, and professional development to build your expertise in healthcare quality improvement.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Open to recent graduates or individuals with healthcare field experience (e.g., patient care, operations, or healthcare administration).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, or related disciplines).
  • Passion for quality improvement in healthcare and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience (or coursework) in presentations, training, or customer engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
