Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring 3rd Shift Quality Inspectors for our client in the Automotive industry located in the Greencastle, IN area.
Start date: ASAP!
Pay rates: $17.55/hr
Shifts: 3rd shift

REQUIREMENTS:

• To represent Client in the most professional image at all times
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work cell flow
• Understand the requirements of the Company’s General Rules and Regulations
• All related duties as required
• Be a team player – help your team when needed.
• A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Be able to wear PPE at all times – while on the production floor.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Participate in sorting and reworking, etc., as required per work instructions in an efficient manner
• Follow all work instructions given to you.
• Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner
• Notify Lead Inspector/ Supervisor immediately if you are not able to follow the WorkInstructions as they appear, i.e., broken/missing tools, lack of PPE, lack of understanding, etc.
• Understanding of 5S and ISO procedures
• 1 year visual Quality Inspection experience is required
