Performs Final Quality inspection (both cosmetic and design perspective) , involving complex and difficult electro-mechanical inspections or quality function that involves monitoring and measurement to ensure compliance to requirements of the product and the production systems. · Conduct quality inspection per documented processes in assigned process/area. · Ensure appropriate/approved and valid inspection tools are used during the inspection. · Report any non conformances and ensure proper identification and disposition is carried out. · Support product and process audit in assembly line. · Escalate immediately any issues related to Form, Fit and Function to Immediate Superior that will result into line stoppage. · Prepare non-conformance reports based on product or process inspection performed and communicate results to relevant group/department in a timely manner. · Ensure documentations are available and complies with quality and regulatory requirements. · Control and archiving of relevant quality records. · Strict compliance of the Quality Cardinal Rules. · Perform other related duties as required.
