QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizen due to program requirements

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

  • Experience operating Computer-Aided Inspection equipment (i.e., contact or non-contact CMM, blue light, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and quality procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Harvard graphics, Freelance, MS Project, CMM, and CNC.
  • Airfoil manufacturing knowledge. Associate degree in engineering or science or equivalent plus 1-2 years of customer service-related experience preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We have an opportunity for a Quality Inspection Team Member to be based in Columbus, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Computer-Aided Inspection equipment, interpret results, perform periodic preventive maintenance,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inspection process problems
  • Follow all EH&S and quality procedures and support the Quality department per business needs.
  • Utilize Computer-Aided Inspection Equipment (i.e., contact & non-contact CMMs, Structured Light, etc.) to set up and inspect parts, fixtures, etc.
  • Understand and review inspection reports generated by the Computer-Aided Inspection Equipment for conformance to established requirements.
  • Prioritize workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
  • Adhere to all applicable quality standards, company policies/procedures, customer requirements, and safety initiatives.
