Description
Seda North America is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our 3rd Shift Quality Department! Starting pay is $25/hr. plus a $2/hr. shift differential for hours worked on second shift. Your daily tasks of verifying that our manufactured products meet the rigorous requirements of our customers, the Seda QMS (Quality Management System), and established Food Safety Standards in the industry.  As a key partner to operations, communication is essential for success in this role.   1.  Specific Duties * Inspect products using gauges, scales, and other tools prior to shipment * Generate spreadsheets for data collection * Perform line check inspection in the manufacturing areas.  * Non-conforming Material - Document product status, records and summarizes data * Maintains the “Quality Hold” area  2.  Qualifications: * Organizational Skill * Problem Solving/Analytical * Time Management * High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or higher degree preferred * At least 3-5 years in quality focused role 4.
