Position Summary This position is for a Quality Inspector at our Lancaster, PA facility. The Quality Inspector works closely with Operations and Product Development teams to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections supporting commercial and government programs. Key Duties and Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials and components Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products Ensure materials and products meet quality standards in accordance with company policy and ISO9001/AS9100 procedures Identify and segregate nonconforming material and generate nonconformance reports Support Supplier Quality initiatives Requirements Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Proficiency with basic inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with ERP systems Must be a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR restrictions.
