By maintaining rigorous inspection processes and supporting continuous product improvements, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering superior products with zero defects. Your efforts will help build a culture of quality and safety, ensuring that every product meets our customers’ needs and complies with industry standards. Qualifications: · Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications in quality control or manufacturing preferred. · Experience: At least one year of experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role, with hands-on experience in blueprint reading and product testing. · Skills & Knowledge: o Strong ability to interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications. o Proficiency in basic math, measurement tools, and inspection processes o Basic blueprint reading knowledge is preferred (training is available for the right candidate). · Communication & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues, along with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records and documentation. · Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with supervisors and other team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Physical Demands: · Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%). · Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed. · Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks. · Safety equipment provided: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
