Job Responsibilities: 主要工作联系对内：各生产车间/部门等对外：无主要岗位职责．产品审核、过程审核检验：按过程审核、产品审核、全尺寸检测计划对产品或总成对应特性进行审核；根据审核计划、产品图纸、过程特性要求出具审核所需的检测报告；对审核过程中发现的不合格品报告给质量工程师；对发现的不合格品进行评审,判断是报废或者让步接收，并记录；对审核过程中发现的不符合工艺要求的行为，报告给质量工程师和小组领导，跟踪围堵和整改措施；监督各制造车间不合格品的隔离、标识； 7）负责根据审核计划和审核标准进行出货检验；管理所使用的检具： 1）对到期的量、检具按计划送计量室检定； 2）正确使用审核中的用到的量、检具； 3．新项目过程/新品检测：按新项目要求提供新项目所需的零件检测报告（如全尺寸检测报告）；对有工艺变更的产品进行质量符合性确认； 4．遵守与执行体系要求遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求执行公司体系要求，执行mafact要求负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作工人应该： (a) 遵照该法令法规的规定工作； (b) 使用或佩戴公司要求的设备、防护装置或服装； (c) 向上级报告所知的可能会危及自己或其他工人的任何设备或防护装置的缺失或缺陷； (d)向上级报告任何违反该法令法规的地方，或任何他或她所知的危险。 5．领导交办的其他业务五、工作环境：制造现场、一般室内办公 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
