SUMMARY:

Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results

REQUIREMENTS:

• +3 years of experience
• CAD Knowledge
• Process improvement
• Basic math skills
• English and Italian are mandatory
• Basic computer skills
• Analytic skills
• Reading of technical drawings

• Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements;
• Coordinate rework and/or reject subassemblies and/or finished products as required.
• Document accurately the results of the inspections and testing
• Record and Manage non-conformities on components
• Store supplies documentation
• Manage measuring instruments to ensure proper operation and calibration
• Cooperate in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise
• Cooperate with production and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures
• Perform review of Product History Records
