Description
Responsibilities
  • Review all documentation (work order packages, certificate of compliance, etc.)
  • Calibrate and control of records for all Team Member and company inspection tools
  • Perform inspection of incoming raw materials, first offs, in-process inspections and final inspection
  • Generate and disposition non-conformance reports
  • Report all quality concerns to management
  • Communicate with Production and Engineering departments on quality issues
  • Perform hardness testing
  • Attend continuous improvements meetings and complete projects, as required
  • Inspection of outside processing parts (heat treating, LPI)
  • Perform dimensional First Article Inspection report
