Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% 80 hours Paid Time Off Maternity / Paternity Leave 8 paid holidays Monthly Bonus Potential General Description of Duties: Interpret drawings Perform in process and final inspections Complete inspection checklist and accurately record data Electronically file records Upload inspection records to customers Review quality deviations with quality engineer, customer support, Quality Supervisor and/or Plant Manager Requirements Qualifications/Physical Demands: Experience interpreting drawings Knowledge of manufacturing inspection procedures Knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerancing; drawing interpretation Ability to use micrometers, dial indicators, optical comparators, height gages, snap gages, gage blocks and pins Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching Constant standing and walking Occasional talking and hearing Frequent use of hands and arms to reach Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for interpreting drawings and performing both in-process and final inspections of manufactured goods. Duties also include accurately recording data, electronically filing records, and reviewing quality deviations with relevant supervisors and engineers.
