QUALITY INSPECTOR (MANUFACTURING) $21.00-$23.00/hr  (+ $3/ hour night Shift Differential) 12-Hour Shifts | Set Schedule | Every Other Weekend Off Step Into Quality. Build Skills That Set You Apart. Flexcraft is hiring a hands-on Quality Inspector to support product quality across our manufacturing operation. You’ll work across multiple stages of manufacturing—ensuring products meet specifications, are properly documented, and consistently meet our standards. WHY PEOPLE MOVE INTO THIS ROLE * Entry into the Quality Department * Build in-demand skills: inspection, testing, documentation, SPC * Work in a GMP-regulated environment and support ISO 9001 quality standards * Broader exposure across production—not just one station * A stable role with real responsibility and visibility WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT You are responsible for: * Verifying product quality throughout production * Ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-ready * Supporting consistency in how products are made This role combines: Hands-on inspection + precision measurement + disciplined documentation WHAT YOU’LL DO * Inspect parts at multiple stages of production, including cleanroom environments * Measure products using calipers, gauges, and inspection tools * Record inspection results and maintain accurate, organized quality documentation * Perform basic destructive and non-destructive testing * Review production paperwork for accuracy and compliance * Inspect and approve materials, packaging, and production setups prior to use * Monitor equipment readings to confirm proper operation * Support calibration activities and assist with operator training as needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 3+ years of manufacturing experience (quality or production) * Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, indicators, gauges) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Organized and able to maintain clean documentation * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word; MiniTab a plus) * Willingness to learn and take ownership Preferred: * SPC or quality experience * Calibration experience * Cleanroom or regulated environment exposure * Associate degree or equivalent experience WHO SUCCEEDS HERE * You take pride in doing things right * You notice details others miss * You stay organized and consistent * You follow through and take ownership * You want to build skills—not just repeat tasks ABOUT FLEXCRAFT Flexcraft is a family-owned manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience.
