Al Salam Food Product Industry LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laboratory testing, quality inspections, monitoring food safety standards, and ensuring product compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate quality control records and reports.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of HACCP and ISO 22000 systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Experience in laboratory testing and quality inspection activities.
• Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• HACCP Certification.
• ISO 22000 Internal Auditor or Food Safety Management System training.
• Experience in food production or food processing companies.
