We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector at Hudson, MA facility

In this Quality Inspector position your responsibilities & activities will include:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality or inspection role
  • Knowledge of inspection tools and methods (e.g., visual inspection, dimensional checks)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards to assess product conformity
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality control reports and audits
  • Identify non-conforming materials or products and escalate issues according to company protocols
  • Conduct measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company quality policies, safety procedures, and ISO or other regulatory standards
  • Assist in training new inspectors or operators on quality standards and inspection techniques
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process control efforts
