Description

We are a manufacturing company specialized in precision machining. We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, who can contribute to maintaining and improving our quality processes.

Key Responsibilities: ·

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc.).
  • Verify that all parts and assemblies meet customer specifications, drawings, and internal standards.
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records in compliance with ISO 9001.
  • Support and strengthen the ISO 9001 Quality Management System within the company.
  • Identify non-conformances, initiate corrective actions, and follow up with production teams.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to promote continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment in a production/manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience working in an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing company.
  • Experience supporting ISO audits and compliance.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
